At all times the intellectual property and information relating to client audit assignments remains confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party. Failure to retain client confidentiality will result in the immediate suspension of the employee.

Registered shoppers must not participate in divulging or sharing commercially sensitive information to other registered shoppers or via public forums such as internet forums or consumer discussion boards.
